Hi, Version 1.1.18 wasn't properly tagged, so it carries the 1.1.16 version in the windows binary builds (only when you check the .dll version itself)
It's a minor issue already fixed in the SVN, so before releasing new Tomcat I'd like we have the native release clean. I'll make a tag and fixed binaries by tomorrow. Comments?
