There are quite a few files in SVN with what appear to be incorrect SVN
properties, e.g. eol-style is incorrect, or file is executable when it should
not be.
Script files to follow can be used on Unix or Windows, but should be used on
whatever OS was used to update the files last so that the EOLs are correct.
