I took the time, I read your concerns, and the status stand as wont fix.
You're not the only one who has read the JVM spec on memory model and
synchronization, and concurrency. So when someone actually has an issue with
static Log log = LogFactory.getLog
we will change it every, including tomcat core
until then, this issue will be closed.
