Nothing I am aware of. That is where they are currently uploaded to.
Also, shouldn't we provide such win32/win64 binaries at tomcat.apache.org ?
Hmm. The downloads page mentions crypto limitations but since httpd
distributes binaries that include OpenSSL I don't see why we can't
(providing we stick to the terms of the license).
