How do UNIX builds not have the same problem for Windows? Your <fixcrlf> only fixes `.sh` files and I would think that the opposite operation would be necessary to generate the correct line endings for `.bat` files from UNIX. @markt-asf usually does release builds from Windows (I think), and the line endings for `.sh` files are correct.
