## Summary - add coverage for RFC 9113 section 4.1's requirement to ignore undefined or unused frame flags - set undefined flag bit `0x02` on a valid HEADERS frame and verify that the request completes normally - remove the completed HTTP/2 test-coverage TODO ## Rationale and impact Undefined flag bits must be ignored rather than changing frame processing. This adds regression coverage for that behavior in both synchronous and asynchronous HTTP/2 test configurations. The change is test-only and does not alter runtime behavior. ## Validation - `ant validate` — BUILD SUCCESSFUL - `ant test -Dtest.entry=org.apache.coyote.http2.TestHttp2Section_4_1` — BUILD SUCCESSFUL; 6 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors, 0 skipped - `ant clean deploy` — BUILD SUCCESSFUL - `ant clean test` in an unprivileged Java 21 Linux container using native overlayfs — BUILD SUCCESSFUL in 27m18s; no failed suites (optional native/TLS-dependent tests were reported as skipped) - generated-distribution smoke test using `output/build` — Tomcat started, `http://127.0.0.1:8080/` returned HTTP 200, shutdown completed with child exit 0, and the process was reaped -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
