According to the (slightly) updated release process, the 5.5.25 tag is:

[ ] Alpha
[ ] Beta
[ ] Stable
5.5.24 didn't get released due to insufficient votes, so please take the
time to give this build a shot so that we can get the security fixes out
in binary form.
Vote will run through eod Tuesday.
