It significantly speeds up getting stuff fixed if issues are reported now rather than after the release. Which Tomcat connector did you test with: NIO, NIO2 or APR/native? I'm assuming not APR/native since that is 9.0.x only. I'm expecting NIO+OpenSSL or NIO2+OpenSSL. I am also assuming this is not using FFM since you are using the Tomcat Native library.
