Thank you Mladen. He had already made the necessary changes. I just needed to enabled them.
I now have a Tomcat Native 2.0.9-dev build using APR 1.7.6 and OpenSSL 3.5.0 working on a clean Windows 2022 install that does not have any Visual Studio runtimes installed.
I've made notes of the minor tweaks required to the build process as I worked through creating this Tomcat Native build. I'm going to clean all of that out and start again with a clean build system to make sure I haven't missed anything. I'll update the wiki as I go along.
I should be able to tag Tomcat Native 2.0.9 some time next week - in time for the June releases.
