--- Comment #2 from Chuck Caldarale <[email protected]> --- The OpenSSL version check does not use the openssl executable, but instead the value of OPENSSL_VERSION_NUMBER (or LIBRESSL_VERSION_NUMBER) from the /usr/local/bin/include/openssl/opensslv.h header file.
