Nothing. allowLinking for the nested resource set is configured only on the nested resource set. 2. The value set at the <Resources> level takes precedence and any value set on the nested resource set is ignored. 3. The value set at the <Resources> level becomes the default for the nested resource set but can be overridden on a nested resource set if required.
