I think we can't build-and-sign the installer and uninstaller in this way and still produce reproducible builds. As long as `makensis` can be used to produce an unsigned uninstaller and installer with our build producing detached signatures, then I'm okay with this. Oh, and makensis needs to produce byte-for-byte identical binaries as nsis.exe, of course. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
