We support the current 10.1, and will fix issues that are Tomcat related (= we
don't support Spring Boot itself). Since to get a fix you will have to upgrade
to the newest 10.1, you should test with the newest Tomcat first.
Tomcat does include a TLS reloading listener, that is supported. If you are
using custom code, then you have to find out why it is no longer working and
make any necessary updates. Some changes were made in this area causing
significant issues, but it was after 10.1.17.
Note: The Tomcat 10.1.17 changelog is small and does not contain any relevant
changes.
