Something looks odd, here. Pull request #1 has a huge number of changes and is a part of this PR, yet this PR says only one file changed. The docs webapp should be self-contained and not point to the online documentation. That link to RUNNING.txt should stay the same. I do agree that removing the jGuru link is appropriate.
