I am changing my vote for this release to -1 due to regressions caused
by the introduction of request and response recycling for HTTP/2.

Tests pass fully on Linux with Tomcat Native 2.0.8 and OpenSSL 3.0.14.
Tests pass on MacOS (Intel and M1) apart from some FFM tests where
renegotiation is not supported. If forced to run those tests with
OpenSSL 3.3.1, those tests pass.
Tests pass on Windows apart from FFM tests which are skipped.
