This is great news! Thanks for all the effort, I know it was a major
pain but I think it will pay off.
I would like to replace geronimo's versions of the servlet 2.5, jsp
2.1, and el 1.0 spec jars with the versions of these jars you
published to the main repository. As you may recall, geronimo's
versions of those spec jars originated from tomcat6, before they were
available from a maven repo. I provided a couple of patches to
address some API signature problems that were found during geronimo
testing:

It would be great if someone could please take a look. As soon as
those are reconciled I'm ready to take the next steps towards
replacing the spec jars in geronimo.
