look at res/maven
there are scripts, the only thing we don't have is a script that uploads
the PGP signature along with the JAR files.
The second issue is that the mvn scp doesn't work well on windows
that's what's keeping it from going into Apache main repo

There's typically a time lag between the release announcement and the
appearance of the files in the Maven repositories. Want to contribute
scripts/time or otherwise help in making this faster?
