Dear,

OS Windows 2003 Standart edition
Apache version 5.0.28
Application Peregrine ServiceCenter 6.1.3.

First urgent problem.
After installing the following patches:
KB931784
KB932168

The Web application shutdown unexpectly or is given a error page, when restart
the service in the Windows Service Console application refused to start.
Only a hard reboot can fix this problem.
This happened frequently as of the patch day on Saturday.

As follow up for this problem, when we restart the complete server with a RDP
connection it seems to be going well.
RDP connection will get disconnected but Server will not come up again, when I
look into it with IPMI console I see that the server is not rebooted completely.

I upgraded to version 5.0.30 but it seems to be still in beta status and we are
not be able to use application in beta status.

Because of the URL it is a internal URL in Philips I am not be able to provide
you a link.
