     Use a valid date format for the expires attribute of a cookie
Note: The format used prior to this change is not listed as a valid
     format in any of the relevant specifications.

For the curious we were using a combination of the Netscape V0 cookie spec expires format and the RFC 6265 format.

We either needed to remove the comma after the day name to get the V0 format or swap the dashes for spaces to get the RFC 6265 format. Given we are meant to be using RFC 6265 format cookies, I went with the RFC 6265 format.
