We could add a Tomcat Native 1.2.x release to the mix to pick up 1.1.1q.
That isn't strictly necessary but might avoid some user questions.

Since you've gone ahead and done a 1.2.x release for tcnative, I think
we should wait for the tcnative vote to pass and then release 8.5.x -
10.0.x with that updated version.
If you are going to update 10.1.x to tcnative 2.0.x, feel free to
release whenever that vote passes.
