Upgrading from: apache-tomcat-8.5.69 to apache-tomcat-8.5.78
Running tomcat.exe generate error:
An handle win32 exception occurred in tomct.exe[612]. Just-In-Time debugging
this exception failed with following error:
No installed debugger has Just-In-Time debugging enabled. In visual studio,
Just-In-Time debugger can be enabled from Tools/Options/Debugging/Just-In-Time.
