I have discovered HTTP/2 server push was broken.
This is minor for 8.5.x since server push isn't available via the
Servlet API. You have to cast a request to the Tomcat facade and then
use Tomcat's ApplicationPushBUilder.
An argument could be made for releasing anyway with this bug but I'm
leaning towards a new tag.
