Unlikely. Any such guide would just be a concatenation of the 7.0.x to 8.0.x guide and the 8.0.x to 8.5.x guide. Creating a 7.0.x to 8.5.x guide would just create a maintenance overhead. I've just scanned through those docs and don't see anything else that would be required.
