update for junit with netbeans
/res/ide-support/netbeans/nb-tomcat-build.properties hard-codes the
tomcat-extras dependency for junit, but I can' think of a better method at the
moment. The latest dependency is junit-4.12, not junit-4.11.
I have attached s simple diff.
