NTFS ACL is broken after install.
Noticed with 8.5.50 & .51.
- Previous version I was using was 8.5.27 and this issue was not present.
Assuming the following install path is specified in GUI :
C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat_Folder
When I explore to 'Tomcat_Folder' I get an error saying insufficient rights.
The fix is to reenable inheritance on the 'Tomcat_Folder'.
