It would be helpful for the download page to mention the JRE version needed to
run that version of Tomcat. And/or link back to the page:
http://tomcat.apache.org/whichversion.html
Likewise the JRE version could be mentioned in the Announce emails.
I could not see how to find out the JRE requirement from the links in the mail.
