Please provide:
- Exact Tomcat version number
- Specification references to support the claim that the EndpointConfig
instance passed to an Endpoint instance in onOpen() must be a singleton.
I have (re-)read the specification and can find no such requirement.
The Javadoc for EndpointConfig along with the purpose of the modifyHandshake()
suggest unique EndpointConfig instances per End point instance.
