The above value is the correct one.
I can unzip the file using 7-zip archiver.
I can unzip the file using built-in support for browsing of zip files in
Windows Explorer (Windows 10 1803 64-bit).
No issues noted.
Note: the size of the file is 10 740 483 bytes.
