Bug ID: 62814 Summary: Use readable names for cluster channel/map options in documentation AND sample configurations Product: Tomcat 9 Version: unspecified Hardware: PC OS: Mac OS X 10.1 Status: NEW Keywords: Beginner Severity: enhancement Priority: P2 Component: Documentation Assignee: dev@tomcat.apache.org Reporter: ch...@christopherschultz.net Depends on: 61127 Target Milestone: ----- Now that we support human-readable names (instead of just integer values) for the various channel/map send-options (as added in bug #61127), we should use them both in the Tomcat documentation and in the sample configuration files we use. To be clear, the integer values should continue to be documented, but the self-documentation of the human-readable option masks will make both the documentation and the sample files much easier to read and understand.
