Output of "[concat]" above looks odd.
In build.xml the code is
<concat>
<header>Testsuites with skipped tests:${line.separator}</header>
<string>${toString:test.result.skippedtests}</string>
<filterchain>
<tokenfilter delimOutput="${line.separator}">
<stringtokenizer delims=";"/>
</tokenfilter>
</filterchain>
</concat>
If I understand it correctly, it takes toString() of a list of tests,
splits it by ';' and concatenates with ${line.separator}.
It is as if the original string is delimited with ':' instead of ';'
(due to some change in JUnit),
or ${line.separator} was changed to be ':' (with a -D or with
System.setProperty()).
