unable to find the webservice.
Please find the error file attached. I have cross checked my web xml and
servlet.xml file. they all look good.

eclispe neon 3
spring framework 4.3.8 release
jdk 1.8
tomact 9 MSI
Would appricate if you can get back to me with temporary solution as I have
spend long time to find resolution.
