Please add a configuration option to Tomcat 8.5.x and 9.x to return reason
phase (for example OK for 200) along with HTTP status code as well.
Ability to change the default (no reason phase) will help systems which are
fixed to the presence of the reason phase and will simplify upgrades from older
Tomcat version to the latest one.
