I'm experiencing a blocking the startup web page of tomcat by proxy
configuration
Steps to reproduce:
1.go to browser settings -> change proxy settings -> LAN settings
2.configure the proxy
3.startup the tomcat server
4.brows @ http://localhost:8080
experienced result:
startup web page of tomcat is not appear
expected result:
load the startup web page of tomcat server
