Small typo in title on security-9 page

Hi guys,

If like me you use chrome the tabs are likely too small to see it but check
the window title of https://tomcat.apache.org/security-9.html, it is "
<title>Apache Tomcat&reg; - Apache Tomcat 8 vulnerabilities</title>" which
looks like a copy/paste.
