As a native speaker - at least of the British version ;) - "Changes
in" is the best of these. "Changes from" has a completely different
meaning and "Changes with" is OK but not as clear.
I was using the Apache Httpd accepted notation.
They are using 'Changes with'. Hope that this is clear
enough for everyone to understand that listed changes
are coming with that particular version.
