Since Tomcat 8 the "factory" attribute in the "Resource" definition is not more
used for org.apache.naming.ResourceEnvRef.
Our latest application work with this attribute.
For us the update to Tomcat 8 will fail now.
I think this is a mistake (Bug).
Please fix this in the next version.
