http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=40162 Summary: JNDI Environment is null within subthreads in Servlet.destroy() Product: Tomcat 5 Version: 5.5.17 Platform: PC OS/Version: Windows XP Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Catalina AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] If the classes used are stored in the "shared" folder, the JNDI context within the Servlet.destroy() method is only correct in the thread calling the destroy method. If a subthread is created, it does not find the context. If have a sampe Webapplication, that reproduces the bug.
