I've hit a small snag building the 8.0.27 artefacts prior to calling the vote. The code signing service is not currently available (I think the Tomcat project needs to be allocated more credits). I can't confirm what the problem is since the certificate I user to access the web GUi has expired.
I'm in contact with Symantec support to get these issues resolved but it might take a day or two. Worst case, I'll roll the release without the signatures and do another quick release once we have access to the code signing service again.
