This was removed by mistake in r1345367
It should be:
contextConfig.invalidSciHandlesTypes=Unable to load class [{0}] to check
against the @HandlesTypes annotation of one or more
ServletContentInitializers.

At a guess, I'd say this was replaced by contextConfig.sci.[info|debug]
and can be removed.
