HI, i am working with oracle database when i places classes12.jar file in D:\Tomcat 5.0\common\lib i faced same problem. just try like this remove the jar file (delete it and then undelete the jar file) and start th tomcat server so that thei changes made in that folder is read by tomcat so that yor classes is identified i think it will help you. with regards shannu sarma
