Just noticed while digging into the Tomcat build that Tomcat pulls the source to dbcp/collections/pool and repackages it under org.apache.tomcat.dbcp after making a source change.
I was wondering if this is just done to remove the UnmodifiableList bit, or is it done for size or classloading issues? Anything that could be done in Commons to make things easier?
