Hola,
This question belongs on the Tomcat user mailing list,
users@tomcat.apache.org, so please continue the discussion there if
you'd like.

My understanding is that if you have N workers that you want working
equally, you assign them each the same lbfactor number.  You can just
leave it at the default 1.  I may be wrong, but again, if you want to
continue this discussion please do it on the user mailing list.
