Right, it might be useful to split the build.properties.default
to two files where version.properties would only contain the
current version numbers.
Although, it's more the 'state-of-the-mind' rather then
where the versions will exist, because if they will not be
regulary maintained, the same problem will exist.
The RM should decide, and he might as well just edit the
build.properties.default with the current verson numbers.
