Hi, A bit more detail: the same thing happens when I do the entire build on minotaur. So it's not specific to Windows CR/LF. There are a bunch of copies of sample.war after "ant release" completes, besides the original in container/webapps/docs/appdev/sample/sample.war: tracing which ones have the right checksum and which ones don't (the final ones under build/dist have the wrong checksum) should help point out where the checksum changes. But I still think the only thing happening to the file is a copy operation, so this is strange.
