Make webapp WAR that has ContextListener which calls java.sql.DriverManager.registerDriver(driver) in contextInitialized() and calls java.sql.DriverManager.unregisterDriver(driver) in contextDestroyed(). 2. Deploy WAR 3. Run webapp 4. Undeploy WAR 5. We get that NullPointerExceptions in log. No any other exceptions there. 6.
