Hi Board, I just committed a resolution to change the Apache Tiles PMC Chair. I apologize if it was not appropriate to commit this directly. Also, the project did not hold a formal vote for the change, but an informal discussion on the dev@ list. I changed the resolution text to note that. If any of this is not appropriate, please let me know and I'll revert the change and follow the correct procedures :-)
