If you are only concerned about FileInputStream and alike, you still can
implement skip in TikaInputstream in terms of read()... and do it always right.
That might just be slower than a real skip but safer. Anyways, code that fails
should be fixed, the skip contract is clearly wrecked and if it could be an
issue code should not use that method.
