{{PDFTextStripper}} has the property {{dropThreshold}}, which currently cannot
be set when using the Tika {{PDFParser}}. Other properties of
{{PDFTextStripper}} can be set over the PDFParserConfig, so it makes sense to
also add this as a setting.
