François, you need to inform the rest of us who owns the copyrights to the code. If you are the only author, then it's pretty simple. At least to me, it suffices that you state so here and that you are donating this codebase to Apache. If there are multiple authors, you need to obtain authorization from each individual and it might be best to get this on paper (e.g. http://www.apache.org/licenses/software-grant.txt) and send it to ASF.
