Hi Huajie and all,

I fully support the proposal for StreamPark to graduate as a Top-Level
Project (TLP).

The growth and maturity of our community over the incubation period are
indeed impressive. Graduating as a TLP will bring several benefits to our
project, including:

1. Increased Visibility: Achieving TLP status will raise the project's
profile, attracting more contributors and users, which will further
strengthen our community.
2. Enhanced Credibility: Graduation signals the project's stability and
maturity, giving potential users and contributors greater confidence in
adopting and contributing to StreamPark.
3. Autonomy: As a TLP, StreamPark will have more autonomy in
decision-making, allowing us to innovate and grow the project more
effectively.
4. Improved Resource Allocation: Graduating may provide better access to
resources and support from the Apache Software Foundation, enabling us to
enhance our infrastructure and development processes.

Given the solid metrics and the significant progress we've made, I believe
StreamPark is well-prepared for this important milestone. Let’s move
forward with the graduation process and continue to build on our success.

Best regards,
Achao
